Recruitment Process
Applying
Interested in joining Teligence? Check out our career opportunities. If you have the desired skills and experience, submit your cover letter and resume in Word or PDF format.
All resumes will be evaluated by a hiring manager. Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
Interviewing
Our initial interview is conducted with a hiring manager by phone. Expect us to explore your work experience, key accomplishments and career goals so we can determine if we'll be a good match for each other. We're a team-oriented organization, so you'll also be asked behavioral questions to assess your cultural fit.
We follow up with everyone we interview by phone to advise them if they'll be invited to our office. In-person interviews are conducted by a hiring manager and team manager. You may also be asked to take an online survey or use other measurement tools that identify character traits and abilities. These assessments, together with feedback from the managers, give us a more complete picture of the work experience and personal qualities you'll bring to our company.
Our offices are at #700-1045 Howe Street (between Nelson and Helmcken) in downtown Vancouver. Metered parking and a pay parking lot are located across the street.
